Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. Communicate fluently with candidates in both English and Turkish throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking reports. Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities. Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes. Provide on-site support for interviews and other recruitment-related activities. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment/hiring. Able to work remotely 5 days a week with flexible working hours. Fluent in English, both written and spoken ( mandatory ). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
