# Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated ''Marketing Manager'' to join our growing team. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for TP-Link Türkiye in line with global and local business objectives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration, performance, development and achievement of business objectives.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans covering Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising, PR, Media Relations, Events, Consumer-Corporate Marketing and Social Media.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to increase brand awareness, traffic, engagement, leads and sales.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns, including performance marketing, display, search, social media and other relevant digital channels.
• Work closely with the Sales and GTM teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and support channel growth.
• Develop and manage the company's communication strategy across relevant media, digital, social media, and other communication channels.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and improve marketing ROI.
• Support product launches and go-to-market strategies by developing effective communication, positioning, messaging, and promotional plans.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports, market analyses, campaign results, and recommendations for management. Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Marketing.
• High experience in Marketing Management, including developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead, motivate, develop, and manage marketing professionals.
• Strong experience in Brand Management, Events, Media Management, Digital Marketing and Digital Advertising, including campaign planning, execution, optimization and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market data and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Very Good knowledge and practical experience with AI tools and AI-driven marketing applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field.
