After Sales Manager

Job Description Plan, implement, and monitor after-sales activities to achieve commercial and quality targets, Develop action plans in collaboration with the Branch Manager and other relevant authorities, Organize necessary manpower and ensure seamless service operations, Identify and address the training needs of service staff, Enhance employee motivation and oversee the implementation of incentive programs, Manage customer complaints and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, Report on and analyze after-sales activities, and develop necessary action plans, Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards, Inform all service employees about quality targets and activities, and monitor quality regularly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a related department (preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering) Experienced in the Automotive Industry, Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Advanced planning and organizational skills, Strong ability to motivate, mobilize, develop, and direct, Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and analytical skills.
