We are committed to delivering intelligent post-harvest solutions that help fruit producers, packing houses, and exporters improve efficiency, product quality, and profitability. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business development and market expansion in Turkey. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the fruit sorting, grading, packing, or post-harvest equipment industry, along with strong connections within the local fruit growing, packing, and export sectors. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding REEMOON’s presence across Turkey’s fruit industry. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand REEMOON’s business in the Turkish market
• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with fruit growers, packing houses, cooperatives, exporters, and agricultural enterprises
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
• Promote REEMOON’s advanced fruit sorting, grading, and packing solutions to prospective clients
• Provide professional product presentations, consultations, and commercial proposals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the fruit industry
• Collaborate closely with technical and after-sales teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans for management Requirements
• Strong understanding of the Turkish fruit industry
• Existing network within fruit growers, packing facilities, exporters, or agricultural cooperatives
• Experience in post-harvest handling, fruit packing operations, or agricultural equipment sales
• Commercial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively
• Fluency in Turkish is required; English is preferred, and Chinese language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel within Turkey as needed What We Offer
