What is the Main Aim of This Position? We are seeking a seasoned Senior Media Executive with 7+ years of industry experience to lead and elevate our media planning, buying, and campaign execution strategies. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, driving multi-channel advertising performance, managing high-value budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to maximize client ROI. What Do We Expect from You? Strategic Campaign Leadership: Architect, implement, and optimize end-to-end, multi-channel media strategies (paid search, social, programmatic, traditional) aligned with overarching business objectives, Budget & Performance Management: Oversee substantial media spend, utilizing advanced analytics and attribution modeling to continuously optimize campaign outcomes and ROI, Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary media expert for internal leaders and brand teams, presenting data-backed insights, strategic roadmaps, and performance reports, Vendor & Partnership Management: Negotiate competitive rates and manage relationships with media vendors, inventory partners via media agency. Why You? Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in a dedicated media planning, buying, or strategy role within an agency or corporate marketing environment, Platform Mastery: Advanced expertise across major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DSPs) and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4), Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex media metrics into actionable business insights, Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-facing communication skills.
