What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Budget & Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in strengthening our financial planning and reporting capabilities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the Finance leadership team, you will provide meaningful financial insights that help shape strategic business decisions. Your Responsibilities Will Include Preparing monthly and periodic financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and related reports) in accordance with IFRS. Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes by delivering accurate financial analysis and variance reporting. Performing budget versus actual analyses and providing clear explanations for financial deviations. Preparing profitability, cost control and ad-hoc management reports to support business performance. Coordinating and supporting independent audit processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on finance projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. Ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data used for management reporting. Contributing to the continuous enhancement of budgeting, reporting and financial planning processes. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum 3 years of audit experience; additional experience in budgeting, reporting or financial planning is highly preferred. Strong financial reporting skills, including preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements and ad-hoc management reports. Solid knowledge of IFRS and Turkish GAAP. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Hyperion is considered an advantage. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset. Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments and stakeholders. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
