Role Purpose The Investment Principal will support the Investment department in capital allocation analysis, evaluation of investment opportunities, oversight of portfolio companies and other investment assets, financial analysis, valuations, reporting, and preparation of IC / board materials. What will be your key deliverables? Prepare and maintain investment reports, dashboards, trackers and action logs. Build detailed financial models and perform valuation Prepare IC memos, board packs, management summaries, presentations and other material for internal and external stakeholders Track key financial, operational and governance KPIs across portfolio companies Improve reporting, governance and documentation standards Coordinate information requests with portfolio companies, Gozde, Yildiz Holding and external advisors Support valuation, audit, tax, legal and consulting workstreams Evaluation, and screening of new investment opportunities Participate in all stages of the transaction process, from origination through execution Develop and expand relationships with industry participants and stakeholders What do you need for this role? Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field 5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or PE M&A (buy/sell-side) experience, with knowledge of investment structuring and execution Strong Excel, financial modelling and PowerPoint skills Able to prepare clear investment-style presentations independently, without relying on AI tools Good understanding of financial statements, valuation methods and business drivers Strong attention to detail, ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required Hard-working, highly reliable and extremely detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the accuracy and quality of work delivered What will make you stand out?
