Company Description Fund Partner (“FP”), formerly known as Capital Achievement (The Lab) at Ataol, is a service-led investment partnership specializing in search fund management, venture studio management, and structuring services. Operating in association with Ataol, FP brings together independent minds who contribute intellectual and financial capital to build a portfolio of ventures. With deep experience in financial modeling and funding activities, FP focuses on supporting both entrepreneurs and investors in investment management. The Partnership is headquartered in the UK as an SPV, with roots in investment banking, research, and reporting, and maintains a liaison presence in London. FP offers a collaborative environment for finance-focused entrepreneurs who want to build and grow ventures with structured guidance and professional support. Role Description The Finance Entrepreneur (FP Women Founders Circle) role is a contract position designed for individuals who want to originate, shape, and lead finance-related ventures within Fund Partner’s ecosystem. Based in Istanbul in a hybrid arrangement, the role combines in-office collaboration with flexible work-from-home options. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, and developing robust financial models and business plans for potential ventures. The Finance Entrepreneur will work closely with FP partners and advisors to structure deals, coordinate funding activities, and build relationships with investors and other stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to venture strategy, refining operational frameworks, and participating in the FP Women Founders Circle initiatives to support inclusive, sustainable venture development. Qualifications Strong foundation in finance and investment management, including experience in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis of funding structures. Background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related fields, with exposure to deal sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution. Ability to conduct market and industry research, synthesize complex information, and translate insights into actionable venture strategies and business plans. Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record or clear interest in founding or leading ventures, including skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and risk assessment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with investors, partners, and cross-functional teams in an international setting. Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Istanbul, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and deliverables independently under a contract arrangement. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are an advantage. Interest in supporting gender-inclusive entrepreneurship and participating actively in the FP Women Founders Circle community.
