Growth Marketing Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior, client-facing growth marketing role at a fast-growing performance marketing company that helps brands scale paid social advertising through creative intelligence and AI-driven testing. You will own high-impact client accounts, lead growth strategy, and work cross-functionally with creative and media buying teams to drive measurable results. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Oversee annual paid media budgets of $5M to $50M across Meta, TikTok, and Google, driving efficient spend and account scalability. • Lead client relationships through regular meetings, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews. • Develop cohesive growth strategies that place creative performance at the center of paid advertising programs. • Translate creative and media performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients, creative teams, and media buyers. • Identify and execute optimizations across funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement. • Partner with forward-deployed creative and media buying teams to turn insights into high-performing, scaled campaigns. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 4 to 8 years of hands-on paid media experience, with an agency background and/or consumer app experience strongly preferred. • Deep expertise in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) paid advertising platforms and campaign management. • Proven sole ownership of client paid media accounts at $1M or more in monthly spend, not just shared responsibility on large enterprise accounts. • Experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into strategic recommendations. • Excellent presentation and deck-building skills for clear communication in client-facing settings. • Experience leading QBRs and presenting growth strategy to senior stakeholders. • Familiarity with mobile advertising measurement systems including SKAN, AEM, and mobile measurement partners (MMPs) is a strong plus. • Background at a lean, independent agency or startup environment preferred over large holding-company agencies. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $130,000 to $175,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION This role is fully on-site in New York City, New York. Candidates must be willing and able to work in the office full-time.
