Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role ✈️ Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) processes in compliance with national and international legislation, as well as company standards, Plan, coordinate, and ensure the effective execution of OHS activities, including training, audits, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, non-conformity management, occupational accident root cause analyses, KPI monitoring, and ISO 45001 requirements, Ensure the preparation, analysis, and follow-up of OHS reports and related action plans, Monitor international best practices, conduct benchmarking activities, and ensure the integration of improvement opportunities into OHS processes, Plan and coordinate preparations for national and international audits, ensuring the effective execution of audit activities, Conduct site inspections and safety observations, monitor the effectiveness of OHS practices, and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, Lead the planning and implementation of training, communication, and awareness initiatives to strengthen the Occupational Health and Safety culture across the organization, Monitor OHS performance indicators, evaluate process effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, Proudly Show Your Skills to the World 🌍 Bachelor's degree from a related field, 10+ years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety, 4+ years of team management experience, A Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate, Preferably certified in NEBOSH and ISO 45001, Advanced level of competency in English, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, Ability to work in a dynamic working environment, Valid driver's license and active driving experience, What Awaits You in İGA 💎 You can benefit from Private Health Insurance, You can benefit from many different stores and services provided at İGA Istanbul Airport!
