Operations Management | RMB Clearing Operations - Chinese Speaker

ICBC Turkey is expanding its RMB Clearing Bank operations team and seeking a Senior Specialist to support the continued growth of our clearing business in Türkiye under our Operations Management Department. This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in a strategically important business line that directly supports RMB internationalization efforts in Türkiye. To fit this position, you need to have the below qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations; prior experience in clearing, payments, correspondent banking, or treasury operations is strongly preferred. Fluency in Chinese and English is required. Strong understanding of cross-border payment flows, RMB business, and regulatory frameworks (PBOC standards, local banking regulations). Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work across multicultural teams and liaise with overseas Head Office stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You will have below responsibilities for this position: Execute and oversee daily RMB clearing transaction processing in line with PBOC and Head Office standards. Operate and monitor the FOVA platform and 10+ clearing-related applications; support system maintenance, parameter setting, and user management activities. Coordinate directly with Head Office and PBOC counterparts on operational matters, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and policy implementation. Prepare performance evaluations, surveys, and reports requested by PBOC, Head Office, and internal stakeholders. Support scalability initiatives related to cross-border settlements, liquidity management, and onboarding of new correspondent banks. Contribute to the strengthening of operational risk control mechanisms and ensure full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. This position does not offer a hybrid work.
