Job Description Ensure compliance with legislation on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, its implementation, core professional standards, ethical principles, and BNP Paribas group‑level policies, Manage the execution of projects related to the job scope, develop and oversee processes in accordance with legal regulations, prepare, publish and update new policies and procedures, Create workflows, early warning systems and control points for the detection of suspicious transactions based on data analyses, Conduct detailed investigations to identify suspicious transactions performed or attempted by customers and fulfill obligations when suspicious activity is detected, Visit branches, provide information on compliance acceptances and processes, and deliver compliance training to bank staff.
