# Project Controller

Project Controller We are looking for a Project Controller for leading global partner in the Telecommunications industry. This role offers the opportunity to support project planning, reporting, cost and revenue tracking, documentation management, and project execution processes throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with Project Managers, Controller Managers, PMO, and project teams to ensure accurate project monitoring and successful project delivery. 📌 Kindly submit your application with an English CV 📍 Location: Istanbul — Full-time, on-site role Key Responsibilities Ensure monthly project plan accuracy, including delivery, revenue, and cost tracking. Prepare and maintain accurate project schedules and revenue plans for project completion. Prepare and maintain material and purchase requests. Identify and manage project documentation requirements. Monitor project performance against schedules, including monthly daily/PAC reporting. Identify risks related to monthly planned project deliverables (delivery, revenue, and cost), alert project owners, define corrective actions, and support resolution. Monitor customer and subcontractor order status. Monitor site closure after delivery completion, including site inventory, open SO, open OM, backlog PO, not issued PO, PAC, and revenue trigger processes. Optimize applied workflows and processes during project execution according to actual workload. Ensure project teams use appropriate tools for schedule, cost, scope, and quality management. Support project teams with guidance on project management tools. Follow and apply new regulations published by the Rep Office, Region, and HQ. Project Management Responsibilities Prepare project plans, including risks and assumptions, and coordinate reviews and updates with key project team members. Collect project progress information, ensure consistency with customer data, and report project progress to stakeholders. Analyze reasons for progress delays and plan non-compliance, and develop countermeasures. Develop project execution management rules for the project team. Be responsible for Project Management tools and IT platform readiness assessment, solution integration, and assurance for implementation. Organize, execute, and monitor project documentation management. Coordinate with business leaders to ensure timely development and handover of business documents. Support all project phases to ensure proper project documentation is completed and organized to support project closure activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, especially Industrial or Electronic Engineering. Experience in Telecommunication Operation & Management or relevant work experience is an advantage. Strong decision-making, organizational, management, planning, communication, and accountability skills. Proficiency in all MS Office applications. Good level of English proficiency is required.
