GN Group strives to build long-term partnerships through consistent service and operational excellence. Role Description The Crew Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Istanbul. This position is responsible for coordinating crewing activities for assigned vessels, including planning crew rotations, arranging travel, and ensuring timely embarkation and disembarkation. The Crew Operator maintains accurate crew records, monitors certification and training requirements, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications Experience in crew management, maritime operations, or ship management, preferably within commercial shipping. Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and record keeping. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with seafarers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Knowledge of maritime regulations, certification requirements, and industry standards related to crewing and ship management. Proficiency in common office software and digital tools used for planning, tracking, and reporting. Ability to work on-site in Greater Istanbul, manage multiple priorities, and respond promptly to operational needs. Relevant education in maritime studies, logistics, business administration, or a related field is beneficial. Prior experience in an international or multicultural working environment and proficiency in English are considered assets.
