Global Technical Support Engineer – Turkey

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Istanbul, supporting the Turkish market. In this role, you will provide technical support for a wide range of ComAp control systems and solutions across multiple industries including engine control, hybrid systems, marine, bi-fuel, and Genset Control (GSC). The role combines technical support with regular customer visits, commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and technical training. Your daily responsibilities will include: Providing technical support to customers and distributors via phone, email, online meetings, and on-site visits. Troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving technical issues related to ComAp products and applications. Installing, commissioning, configuring, and testing ComAp control systems at customer sites. Delivering technical training for customers, distributors, and partners both online and on-site. Supporting customers during system start-up and commissioning activities. Working closely with Sales during customer meetings and technical presentations when technical expertise is required. Collaborating with global Technical Support teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional technical assistance. Traveling regularly across Turkey to support customers and projects. What we expect from you: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education. Experience in Technical Support, Field Service, Application Engineering, or a similar technical position. Knowledge of electrical systems, automation, generators, or industrial control systems. Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills. Hands-on approach and willingness to work directly with customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Fluency in English. Turkish language proficiency. Willingness to travel regularly within Turkey.
