Financial Reporting Assistant Manager

General Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administrative Sciences, or Engineering Minimum 4 years of experience in audit firms and at least 8 years of total experience in financial reporting Advanced knowledge of consolidated financial statement preparation processes in multi-entity and multinational structures (eliminations, goodwill, etc.) Experience in the preparation of annual independent audit reports (IFRS and KGK) Experience working with multiple currencies and foreign exchange differences (translation/transaction) processes Advanced proficiency in Excel Expertise in VUK (Turkish Tax Procedure Law) and IFRS reporting standards Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform variance analysis between budget, forecasts, and prior periods Fluent in written and spoken English CPA certification is preferred Job Description: Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements in a multi-country structure, considering multiple currencies, and analysis of foreign exchange translation differences. Verification of the accuracy of financial statements in line with audit standards and end-to-end coordination of external audit processes. Preparation of annual Independent Audit reports (Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) and IFRS Consolidated). Analysis of budget and forecasting data to identify performance drivers; translating complex data into strategic messages understandable to management. Management of consolidation processes via SAP BFC and data entries into the group reporting system. End-to-end management of VUK and IFRS documentation processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
