Process Engineer - Paint Coatings

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Create and maintain optimised production processes/formulation which ensures the correct quality and quantity of products, including the Right First Time and stable throughput time. Responsibilities: Make formulations available for products with specific and optimised process parameters. Update and change formulations as required by Group R&D Support and coach production operators with process optimisation on a daily basis Optimise recipes to maintain competitiveness in the local market within the framework set by regional and global R&D Give technical support and cooperate closely with maintenance Follow-up process and quality deviations Investigate product complaints Describe the local production process for sustainable training of operators. Give training to relevant personnel Evaluate the need for improvements Preparing, reviewing, and revising production standards and work instructions Maintaining and regularly updating the skill matrix to ensure employee competency and development WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER What We Look For: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Fluent in English and Turkish, with strong verbal and written communication skills, Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the paint, ink, or petrochemical industry. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills. Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, or Kapaklı.
