We are looking for a " Compliance Specialist " for our Compliance team in Istanbul. Job Description Serve as the first point of contact for local business teams (Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs) regarding compliance policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support the implementation and management of the Global Third-Party Risk Management process. Support Grants & Donations processes in close collaboration with the Medical Department. Support External Speaker and Consultant engagement processes in cooperation with the Medical Department. Ensure that all interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), and Patient Organizations comply with global policies, local regulations, and industry codes. Conduct and support regular monitoring of local activities, including event management, external speaker selection process, advisory boards, and promotional materials. Assist the Country Compliance Officer in conducting annual compliance risk assessments. Support internal audits and corporate reviews, and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans. Coordinate the local deployment of annual global compliance training programs in collaboration with global teams and local training stakeholders. Deliver compliance onboarding sessions for new employees and refresher training programs for commercial and medical teams. Support the implementation of global compliance awareness campaigns and translate policy requirements into practical guidance for employees Support the local transparency reporting process in line with TITCK disclosure requirements, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of transfers of value to HCPs and HCOs. Maintain compliance documentation, records, tracking logs, and related systems to ensure continuous audit readiness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field. Professional certification in Corporate Compliance (e.g., CCEP) is a plus. Minimum 3 years of compliance, legal, or internal audit experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry. Experience in a similar position; knowledge of related laws, regulations, and industry codes (FCPA, EFPIA, AIFD, etc.) in the healthcare industry is desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them practically to business scenarios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and partner effectively across the organization. Strong ethical mindset with the courage to raise concerns, challenge the status quo, and enforce policies firmly yet diplomatically. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
