# Project Manager - Specialty Contractor

Your new company You’ll be joining a well‑established, growing specialty construction firm known for delivering high‑visibility restoration and waterproofing projects across the Mid‑Atlantic. This company is trusted to work on some of the region’s most iconic, historically significant, and federally regulated buildings, with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and technical excellence. With a robust pipeline of complex work and long‑term growth plans, this organization offers stability alongside opportunity. Your new role As a Project Manager, you’ll take true ownership of multiple restoration and building‑envelope projects, overseeing execution from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll lead strategy, manage client relationships, coordinate field operations, and own financial performance, working closely with experienced superintendents and self‑perform crews. The work is technically challenging and highly visible, involving occupied sites, multi‑phase sequencing, and complex logistics
• ideal for a PM who wants meaningful responsibility and accelerated professional growth. What you'll need to succeed 5+ years of construction experience Restoration, Masonry, and Waterproofing experience is a bonus but not necessary Comfortable managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication, while collaborating closely with field teams. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to problem‑solve in live environments Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. What you'll get in return $140K–$165K Base Salary (depending on experience) $6,000 annual vehicle allowance plus gas and parking card, Hybrid flexibility (minimum three days in the office in Beltsville, MD, jobsite‑driven with remote possibilities). 100% employer‑paid medical insurance 401(k) with company match Three weeks of PTO plus holidays.
