Preferred At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design Detailing of Processes At least 3 years of experience in Requirement gathering & elicitation, defining use cases/work flows, Documenting/Analyzing process flows. At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience in Retail domain (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Planning, Allocation) Analytical, Presentation and Communication skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Basic • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
