Python Developer – Junior / Mid Level We are looking for a Junior–Mid Level Python Developer to join the software team of our company operating in the financial sector — someone who has built solid Python skills and is not afraid to take responsibility. We are looking for teammates who can keep pace with fast development cycles, take ownership of the projects they build, and play an active role within the team. What We Are Looking For Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field Experience building applications with Python Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL Basic to intermediate experience in backend development Able to take ownership of a project and follow their work through from start to finish Able to adapt to fast development cycles and changing requirements Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine curiosity for research A collaborative approach to teamwork Open to learning and continuous self-development Responsibilities Developing Python-based financial applications and services Data modelling and query development on PostgreSQL Delivering new features quickly and sustainably Handling the technical development and follow-up of assigned projects Contributing to the improvement and performance optimisation of existing systems Bringing technical ideas and solution proposals to the team What We Offer The opportunity to work on real projects in the financial sector A working environment where you can grow quickly by taking responsibility An active role in technical decision-making A team culture open to learning and development Position: Python Developer Level: Junior – Mid Level Work Model: On-site Location: Istanbul / Şişli
