At Aras Kargo, we are driving a massive digital transformation journey in the logistics and transportation industry. We are looking for an experienced SAP MM/SD Senior Specialis t to join our team and play a pivotal role in our international transformation roadmap, in close collaboration with Austrian Post. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to our initia l SAP E CC transition, followed by a large-scale, cutting-edg e SAP S/4HA NA migration project. The Role’s main aim is to define and deliv er O2C a nd P2P solutions in SAP ECC a nd SAP S/4H ANA. This includes responsibility for functional/technical specifications, configuration, and unit testing. Delivery of appropriate functional documentation and knowledge transfer to the support teams will be a must. You will be working with people from all levels of IT and business, which will require a proactive demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in projects from requirements gathering & gap analysis to training, testing, and data activities. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and SD modules to work with internal and third-party teams with a focus on O2C and P2P processes. Must have MM/SD knowledge and Master Data experience. Strong knowledge of logistics and procurement processes, experience in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, and Invoice Verification processes. Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, or international rollout projects. Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Logistics concepts architecture is a strong plus. Deep understanding of Turkish Tax Legislation and e-transformation applications (e-Invoice, e-Ledger, etc.). Solid experience in SAP FI integration with logistics modules (SD/MM). Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Professional fluency in English (written & spoken) is required, as you will work closely with global teams. No restrictions for domestic or international travel. What You Take an active role in our SAP ECC transition and upcoming SAP S/4HANA global transformation project. Partner closely with cross-functional teams from Aras Kargo and Austrian Post to align financial processes. Blueprint business requirements, design scalable SAP MM/SD solutions, and implement best practices. Lead system enhancements, support process improvements, and oversee end-to-end testing, documentation, and key-user training. Provide application expertise and knowledge for the design, development, and integration of SAP and non-SAP solutions Ensure changes in P2P and O2C processes, align with the group’s principles, patterns, and standards Stay updated on external developments in SAP applications to inform business stakeholders of future opportunities What Awaits You at Aras?
