Each space reflects the building’s storied past while embracing a modern, elevated aesthetic, creating an atmosphere that feels both timeless and distinctly Detroit.  Job Description   Dishwasher Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:   Operateand maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness   Sort, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment into the dishwasher, following established procedures and guidelines  Monitorand maintain dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse agents, promptly notifying the supervisor or manager when supplies need replenishment   Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment areproperly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated areas  Maintaincleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and storage areas, including regular cleaning of the dishwashing machine, sinks, and work surfaces   Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals andmaintaininga clean and hazard-free work environment   Support the kitchen team byassistingwith various tasks, such as receiving and storing deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting in general kitchen cleanliness.   Strong,upbeatand positive personality   Commitment tohigh standardswith impeccable attention to detail   Passion for food,beverageand hospitality   Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment  Team and family-oriented mentality  Dependability  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time  Ability to lift and carry items when needed with a maximum weight of 50lbs  Working Conditions/Environment:  The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day. Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
