# Hiring and Recruiting Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Team Resourcing  Hours Commitment: Full-time 40-45 hours per week (Monday-Friday)  Objective: The Hiring and Recruiting Coordinator manages LCBC Church's recruiting and hiring administration, including the applicant tracking system (Lever), Paycom, interview scheduling, pre-employment assessments, background checks, and job descriptions and postings. With a high level of efficiency and organization, this role supports the Recruiting and Hiring Specialist and Director of Team Resourcing, tracks hiring metrics, and oversees the employee lifecycle beyond hiring, including onboarding, transitions, offboarding, and exit interviews.
