Work with team spirit for better results. 🎯You will be a perfect match for the Homologation team in the automotive sector if you have: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in homologation, technical regulations, or product compliance , preferably within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of Turkish and European Union automotive regulations. The ability to interpret technical regulations and effectively translate regulatory requirements into business processes. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. The ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic business environment. 📌 Main Responsibilities: Manage vehicle homologation processes in compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures. Monitor developments in Turkish and European Union automotive legislation and assess their potential impact on the business. Track company obligations related to sustainability, connectivity, and other technical regulations affecting vehicle compliance. Evaluate regulatory compliance for vehicle body modifications, conversion projects, and special-purpose vehicle applications , while managing the required homologation and approval processes. Support project teams in new product development, connected vehicle technologies, sustainability initiatives, and technical development projects from a regulatory compliance perspective. Coordinate with industry associations, public authorities, technical service providers, and other stakeholders , representing the company when required. Ensure the accuracy of vehicle data submitted to ARTES, Revenue Administration (GİB), and other official platforms , while monitoring related processes. Provide technical regulatory guidance and support to internal departments and the dealer network.
