English Market Business Development Manager – Digital Assets

Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies for English-speaking markets. Identify and establish partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, communities, traders, and ecosystem partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. Drive user acquisition, trading volume growth, and partnership performance. Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities. Negotiate partnership terms and manage relationships throughout the cooperation lifecycle. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize growth initiatives. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Growth, or related roles. Experience in the crypto/Web3 industry, preferably with a centralized exchange (CEX), trading platform, or fintech company. Strong understanding of digital assets, crypto trading, and industry trends. Existing network or experience working with KOLs, affiliates, communities, or trading-focused partners is highly preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment. Ability to work independently in a remote and international team.
