Senior Merchandiser-New Business&Key Accounts

Gönül Örme is a leading knitwear manufacturer based in Istanbul, Turkey , specializing in premium knitwear development and production since 1987 . Working with leading international fashion brands, we are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser with a strong commercial mindset to focus on new business development and new international accounts . Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new international customers within the premium and designer fashion market Manage new accounts from first contact through development, costing and initial orders Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business Coordinate product development with design, technical and production teams Manage sampling, costing and price negotiations Ensure a smooth handover to the relevant Team Leader once an account is established Coordinate and guide the Customer Representative supporting the role Profile Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising / product development Minimum 5 years of direct knitwear experience Experience working with international premium, contemporary or designer fashion brands Proven experience in developing new customers or growing new accounts Strong knowledge of knitwear development, costing and production processes Commercially minded, proactive and solution-oriented Excellent written and spoken English Location: Kağıthane, Istanbul
