We Are Hiring: Banquet Sales Supervisor! Join our team at our renowned 5-star hotel as a Banquet Sales Supervisor and lead the way in delivering exceptional event experiences! We are looking for a driven and results-oriented professional who excels in building client relationships and maximizing sales opportunities in the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities : • Develop and implement strategies to achieve banquet sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders. • Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to meet client needs and hotel profitability goals. • Collaborate closely with the banquet operations and other departments to ensure flawless event execution. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities. • Provide regular sales reports,montly forecasts and anually budget to the senior management team. Qualifications We Are Looking For: • Proven experience in banquet/event sales management in a luxury hotel environment. • Strong understanding of the hospitality and event planning industries. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to deliver exceptional service. • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals. • Proficiency OPERA systems is a plus. • Proficiency in Spoken English is Required • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
