Accounting Senior Specialist

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, Minimum of six years of experience in a similar position or in audit processes, Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) qualification, Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, taxation, and IFRS reporting, Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, High attention to detail, Knowledge of SAP FI-CO is preferred, Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, Willingness and ability to travel. Job Description Ensure that accounting records are maintained in compliance with Turkish tax legislation and IFRS, Monitor and control expense, investment, purchasing, and sales accounts, Monitor inventory and fixed asset accounts, and organize and oversee interim and year-end stocktaking activities, Monitor and control inventory, import, and cost accounting processes, Manage the accounting, control, and reporting of fixed assets, Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end controls, Record and reconcile bank transactions and prepare weekly payment plans, Prepare tax returns and declarations, Perform month-end closing activities, Support company-wide audit processes, Lead projects aimed at supporting and improving the financial control system.
