Customer Care Associate

The opportunity: This entry-level role provides responsive customer assistance while creating a friendly and professional in-person experience. IN-PERSON PEOPLE-FACING ON-SITE This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
