WHAT YOU’LL DO • Own the social calendar • deliver a weekly stream of fresh, culturally relevant ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. • Spot and shape trends • pitch timely concepts our founders can easily capture (clips, memes, street bits, voiceovers, duets, etc.). • Guide tone and timing • decide when and how we show up in the feed to feel current and authentic. • Craft founder-led moments • position our founders as magnetic, credible voices at the intersection of dating, tech, and culture. WHO YOU ARE • Deeply online • you spot trends before they peak & know what makes content go viral. • Creative storyteller • you think in hooks, storyboards & scripts that drive engagement. • Brand builder • you’ve crafted social strategy/content for a consumer or lifestyle brand. • Curious & opinionated • you live at the intersection of internet culture, tech, and dating.
