Guests can enjoy shareable plates, refreshing drinks, and an elevated rooftop experience that feels distinctly Detroit.   Explore the concept: https://www.kampersrooftop.com  Position Overview  Kampers Rooftop Bar is seeking an upbeat, polished, and hospitality‑driven Server to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and enjoys creating memorable moments for guests. As a Server, you’ll guide guests through the menu, deliver warm and attentive service, and help maintain the lively, welcoming vibe that defines the Kampers experience.  Key Responsibilities  Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to all guests  Guide guests through food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm  Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and seasonal menu items Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold all sanitation standards  Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth  Contribute to the upbeat, social atmosphere of the rooftop environment  Qualifications  1–2 years of serving experience in a high‑volume or upscale bar/restaurant  Strong knowledge of food and beverage fundamentals  Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting  Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset  Positive attitude and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach  Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays  What We Offer  Competitive hourly pay + tips  Opportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality group  A collaborative, design‑driven work environment  Employee dining perks across Method Co. properties  Sick time & vacation  Health, vision, and dental benefits  Working Conditions/Environment:  The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day. Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
