Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from Information Technologies or related departments of universities, Experienced in analyzing workflows, planning, creating and implementing scenarios, Experienced on workflow issues and post functions in Atlassian JIRA or a similar application, (Service Desk, Software, Confluence etc… workflow design in application) Knowledge and experience on Groovy Scripts, Speaks English enough to do literature research, Competent in detailed reporting and documentation (Preferably Power BI etc.), Preferably knowledgeable about software development processes, Preferably SQL knowledge, Strong communication skills, Job Description: We are looking for Jira Administrator to work at the admin level in in-house JIRA projects. To design the transition process of 50+ AGILE teams to JIRA, Taking an active role in JIRA design of ITIL processes, Admin in JIRA Confluence & Service Management & Software Applications, Working and preparing the flows and scenarios according to the project and business processes with the internal customer, Making the necessary project, flow, screen, area designs and definitions of these scenarios on JIRA, Preparation of reports at the end of the project, Examining the error notifications from the related projects, making technical analysis, intervening in the situation, Regular documentation of the steps taken. Providing educational contents about JIRA, Managing JIRA system maintenance (negotiations with partner company, system requirements, upgrades, etc.).
