About the Role As part of our growing project portfolio and organisation, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to contribute to the construction, site coordination, technical handover, and operational transition of our projects in Türkiye and abroad. The successful candidate will undertake site management responsibilities on assigned projects and actively manage different stages of delivery—from architectural fit-out works and professional systems coordination through testing, commissioning, handover, and transition into operation. Responsibilities Undertake Site Manager and, where required, statutory Site Chief responsibilities in accordance with applicable regulations. Establish the site organisation and manage day-to-day construction activities. Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules and site progress. Ensure that structural-electrical-mechanical, architectural, and fit-out works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Coordinate high-quality architectural finishes. Coordinate architectural works with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other building disciplines. Coordinate communication among clients, project management teams, designers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Plan and supervise subcontractor and supplier activities and monitor their performance. Contribute to quantity surveying, cost planning, budgeting, progress payment, variation, and change management processes. Manage material submittals, method statements, samples, mock-ups, inspections, and quality-control procedures. Coordinate and monitor health and safety practices together with the relevant project teams. Prepare regular reports covering site progress, programme, cost, quality, risks, and required actions. Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, and as-built documentation processes. Support technical handover, warranty, maintenance planning, and the preparation of operational procedures. Contribute, when required, to technical operations, maintenance planning, and facility management during the operational phase. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Eligible to undertake statutory site management responsibilities where required. Preferably at least 10 years of experience in construction, site delivery, or project management. Proven experience in architectural fit-out, high-quality interior works, or similarly complex construction projects. Experience in architectural detailing, and high-quality finishes. Ability to coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialist systems on site. Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, details, and scope documents. Good understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, quantity surveying, progress payments, contracts, and change management. Experience in subcontractor, supplier, and procurement coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with planning software. Strong planning, coordination, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively between site, design, technical, and operational teams. Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environments. Willingness and availability to travel and undertake project assignments in Türkiye and abroad. Good command of written and spoken English is preferred. For male candidates based in Türkiye, completion of compulsory military service. Preferred Skills Experience in the following areas will be considered an advantage: Theatres, concert halls, cultural centres, auditoriums, sports facilities, or other complex public and commercial buildings. Stage engineering, professional audio, stage lighting, video, acoustics, building automation, or other specialist systems. Testing, commissioning, inspections, practical completion, final acceptance, and operational handover. Venue opening, technical operations, preventive maintenance, or facility management. International projects or working with overseas clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Full-time position, Based in Istanbul, Availability for project-based assignments in Türkiye and abroad.
