# Children's Center Teacher

Teachers are responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising educational programs for a group of children. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Arrange and decorate classroom and maintain a comfortable environment Determine cognitive, social, and physical needs of children Develop a curriculum plan and carry out all indoor and outdoor activities Organize and assemble materials for a variety of learning experiences Create periodic progress reports regarding development of individual children Assist children with self-help skills Supervise snack and meal times Set-up classroom naptime Direct and supervise Teacher’s Aide Enforce standards of behavior with approved discipline techniques Monitor children’s interaction and help solve conflicts High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have minimum of twelve units of Child development or Early Child Development Education Toddle teacher must include three units in Infant-Toddler Development Learn more about us and view our current openings please visit our web-site at http://www.borregomedical.org/ Please also visit our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/BorregoHealthCareers Please follow the instructions below to apply for this position. 1.
