About the Role We are looking for Software Developers to join our international project and help build and enhance internal tools that power our test automation infrastructure. In this role, you will develop applications that orchestrate automated testing workflows, integrate with various systems, and improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our testing processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications using Ruby on Rails. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ruby and Perl. Build features that orchestrate and manage automated test execution across multiple environments. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services. Develop and optimize relational database schemas and SQL queries using MySQL. Integrate with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and testing frameworks. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance and reliability. Collaborate with QA engineers, software developers, and DevOps teams to streamline automation workflows. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong programming experience with Ruby. Experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails. Experience with Perl scripting and maintaining automation scripts. Solid understanding of relational database concepts and MySQL. Experience writing efficient SQL queries and designing database schemas. Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing tools for software testing or test automation. Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, containers (Docker) and Kubernetes Experience with Linux/Unix environments. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and test orchestration concepts.
