# Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging

Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for winning new business and building high-performing teams? A fast-growing packaging solutions company is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead growth across Türkiye and selected export markets. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on business performance, shape commercial strategy, and build a scalable sales organization. What You'll Do ✅ Develop and execute the sales strategy ✅ Drive revenue growth, profitability, and new customer acquisition ✅ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline ✅ Develop key accounts and win new business opportunities ✅ Lead, coach, and grow the sales team ✅ Conduct customer meetings, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions ✅ Implement CRM discipline, forecasting, and performance reporting ✅ Partner closely with production, quality, technical, and finance teams ✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities What We're Looking For ✔ Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales and business development ✔ Background in flexible packaging, labels, printing, packaging, or a related industry ✔ Track record of achieving ambitious sales and growth targets ✔ Experience leading and developing sales teams ✔ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills ✔ Solid CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting capabilities ✔ Fluent written and spoken English ✔ Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset ✔ Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities Why Join?
