Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out 2+ years of experience in frontend / e-commerce development, including at least 1 year of hands-on Shopify experience, Strong knowledge of Liquid, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML/CSS, Proficiency in Git-based PR workflows; experience with Shopify CLI and theme architecture, Experience with data modeling using metafields/metaobjects, Experience with REST + GraphQL Admin API, English proficiency sufficient to follow technical documentationExperience in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industries is preferred. What to Expect in This Role Develop custom Liquid themes on the Online Store 2.0 architecture, Manage GitHub-connected theme workflows, Develop Shopify Functions (discounts, cart transform) and Checkout Extensibility extensions, Set up and manage the metafield/metaobject data model, Design Admin and Storefront API integrations, alongside the enterprise API edge layer, Ensure Core Web Vitals performance and multi-market management.
