Deliver IT Network support services to the Turkish region Ensures internal SLAs are met Tracks and takes appropriate steps to stay within budget. Participates in the development of IS budgets. Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal functionality. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, working to minimize downtime and disruptions. Security: Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives that require network expertise. What will be the qualifications we expect from you? A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered. 2-4 years of proven experience in Network departmants. Familiarity with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Interest in networking hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls and olsa LAN/WAN technologies. Excellent documentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address network-related issues. Ability to analyze network traffic and performance data to make informed decisions.
