Our focus is clear: Take what AI can already do Turn it into real, usable products And integrate it into how people live, work, and interact Position We are looking for a UI/UX Design er who can design high-converting mobile application and web experiences that directly impact growth.This role sits at the intersection of: UI/UX design Performance marketing User psychology Product engineering This role is not just about making things look good — it’s about building experiences that convert. You will own the full funnel experience, from idea to iteration, working closely with growth, product, and creative teams. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX, web design, or related fields Strong understanding of user behavior, conversion principles, web funnels, and UX fundamentals Ability to create intuitive, engaging, and performance-focused mobile app flows, web experiences or web funnels Creative mindset with the ability to generate and test new ideas quickly Data-driven thinking — comfortable analyzing funnel performance and iterating based on insights Strong ownership mentality — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just designs High attention to detail and visual quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration cycles Strong collaboration and communication skills Interest in AI tools and willingness to integrate them into creative workflows Experience with Figma or similar design tools Main Responsibilities Design, build, and iterate on high-converting mobile app flows, web experiences or web funnels Generate and test new concepts, messaging angles, and userflows Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences optimized for conversion Analyze product performance and optimize based on user behavior and drop-off data Work closely with growth and creative teams to align ads with product experiences Translate user intent and motivations into effective product journeys Understand product positioning and turn it into compelling AI experiences Rapidly test and improve multiple experiences Use AI tools and workflows to improve speed, creativity, and execution quality The Recruiting P rocess Application CaseStudy Talent & Culture Interview Technical Interview Final Interview
