Join a 200+ person technical development program supporting government entitlement, Identity & Access Management (IdAM/ICAM), authentication/authorization, attributes, and digital policy systems. The role focuses on modernizing legacy applications and building secure, reliable cloud-based systems. Core Responsibilities Modernize and maintain legacy applications Build Java/Spring Boot REST APIs Develop Angular/TypeScript front ends Work with AWS/EC2 and Linux command line Develop custom ETL solutions Use Elasticsearch Perform unit testing, Selenium automation, and peer code reviews Work in Agile/Scrum Collaborate with technical teams and mentor junior developers Create technical documentation and troubleshoot complex technical issues Required Qualifications: Java + Spring Boot Angular + TypeScript AWS/Cloud Full-stack development ETL development Red Hat Linux/command line REST APIs Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence TS/SCI + polygraph Preferred Qualifications Identity/accessibility development Containers and modular development Selenium Rundeck UI/UX AWS certification RCT Systems Offers Competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) Immediate 401k vesting Generous PTO and flexible schedules $500.00 annual technology allowance RCT Systems is committed and proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
