What We Look For You’re chronically online in a good way (high screen time on TikTok and Instagram is basically market research for you). You have a creative brain and can turn random trends, conversations, memes, or everyday moments into ideas people actually want to watch. You’re curious about why some ads work and others flop, and you’re excited to dig into the numbers to find out. You can write a good hook, tell a story, and get to the point fast. If you know how to stop the scroll, even better. You’re proactive, curious, and solution-oriented. You don’t need to know everything, but you should want to figure things out. You can communicate comfortably in English, both in writing and verbally. Nice to Have You know your way around TikTok, Reels, UGC, memes, and whatever format is trending this week. You’ve played around with Meta Ads, Ads Library, creative metrics, or A/B testing. You have an understanding of mobile apps or performance marketing, or you’re interested in learning. You’re comfortable jumping in front of the camera when an idea calls for it. You’ve made things before through an internship, side project, freelance gig, your own social account, or just for fun.
