Social Media & Content Representative (Health Tourism)

Metropolmed, one of the leading companies in the medical tourism industry, provides professional healthcare tourism services to international patients from all around the world, particularly from Europe and the United States. In line with our global growth objectives, we are looking for a creative and talented Digital Media Specialist to join our team at our Kartal, Istanbul office. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize social media strategies for medical tourism services and healthcare solutions offered by the company. Create engaging video and visual content for social media channels in line with weekly and monthly content strategies. Manage publishing processes across social media platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Execute initiatives aimed at increasing audience engagement and driving organic growth across social media accounts. Conduct influencer research for potential collaborations, develop social media-focused projects, and manage partnership processes. Research target markets to identify new business development opportunities and enhance brand awareness. Coordinate with influencers visiting the clinic and manage the production and editing processes of promotional and social media content. Capture pre-treatment and post-treatment photos and videos of patients, documenting their clinical journey and treatment process. Qualifications Advanced level of English proficiency (required). Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in the medical tourism industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, digital communication, and social media strategies. Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach. Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills. Experienced in video production and post-production processes. Proficient in the effective use of camera, lighting, and audio equipment. 📍 Location: Kartal, Istanbul, Türkiye
