Business Intelligence Supervisor

📣We are looking for a Business Intelligence Supervisor to join our Product & Analytics team to continuously improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and implement new opportunities that support our business goals! What You’ll Do This role will be responsible for establishing the company’s data policy and managing all Business Intelligence (BI) processes across the organization Collaborate feed all the company's reporting, work in collaboration with all departments and provide all the company's data needs. Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to track key business metrics (conversion, retention, revenue, etc.). Ensure BI solutions support data-driven decision-making across all functions of the e-commerce business. Partner with data engineering to maintain robust and reliable data pipelines. Promote BI best practices, including data quality, governance, and visualization standards. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting roles Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Excel. Strong track record in e-commerce, retail, or digital consumer businesses. Skilled at transforming complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. Strategic thinker who can align BI initiatives with business goals. Excellent communicator, able to present data clearly and impactfully. Passionate about mentoring a high-performing team and fostering a data-driven culture. Experience in predictive modeling, advanced analytics, or marketing/operational dashboards.
