UI/UX Designer

Company Description Exarbi is a real-time crypto arbitrage intelligence platform that aggregates live market data across multiple exchanges to support professional traders and active investors. The platform verifies transfer networks and surfaces cross-exchange price differences, enabling faster and more informed trading decisions. Exarbi delivers these insights through an intuitive, data-rich interface that emphasizes clarity, speed, and usability. Team members collaborate to refine complex trading information into accessible tools that help users analyze and act on opportunities in rapidly changing markets. Role Description The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, data-focused interfaces that help users visualize and act on real-time arbitrage opportunities. This full-time remote role includes creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as building interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. The designer will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate complex trading logic into clear and efficient user experiences. Daily work involves conducting user research, iterating on designs based on feedback and metrics, defining design patterns, and contributing to the overall design system to ensure consistency across the platform. Qualifications Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) and the ability to create user flows and interaction patterns. Proficiency in mockups and visual design, with experience in layout, typography, color, and data visualization for complex dashboards. Hands-on expertise in prototyping, using modern tools to build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews. Familiarity with front-end development concepts and collaboration workflows with engineers; ability to communicate designs in implementation-ready detail. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar, and contribution to or creation of design systems. Comfort working in a remote, cross-functional environment, with strong communication and documentation skills. Background in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, or other data-intensive products is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
