Medical Compliance Executive

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MD) or Pharmacy Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Proven experience in medical compliance, ethics & compliance, or regulatory governance processes Strong knowledge of local healthcare regulations and pharmaceutical industry ethical codes Fluency in English (written and spoken) Experience in risk management, internal control, and audit processes Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s Medical Compliance strategy Establish, update, and ensure effective implementation of medical compliance policies and procedures Lead risk assessment, monitoring, and internal audit activities related to medical functions Ensure that all medical activities comply with local regulations and company ethical standards Identify compliance risks and define corrective and preventive action plans Lead and coordinate Medical Compliance Committee activities and report to senior management Act as the main point of contact during internal and external audits Oversee third-party compliance processes and risk-based due diligence activities Drive a strong compliance culture across the organization through training and communication initiative
