Media Relations Officer About the Job United Racing Şans Oyunları A.Ş. has become authorized provider giving service to operate horse race betting, with the rights and powers to accept bets on horse races in Türkiye, organized both in Türkiye and abroad, effective as of 1 January 2026, pursuant to a 10-year agreement concluded with Türkiye Wealth Fund A.Ş. This role will be responsible for managing media relations, coordinating corporate communication activities, publishing official race-related information across digital channels, and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate and consistent content to both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, New Media, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, digital communications, or a similar role Excellent written communication and editorial skills with strong attention to detail Experience managing content across corporate websites, digital platforms, and social media channels Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Good command of written and spoken English Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), digital publishing platforms, or social media management tools is considered an advantage Key Responsibilities Publish and maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date race results, announcements, and operational information across the corporate website and digital communication channels Prepare, review, and publish press releases, corporate announcements, news articles, and other communication materials in line with the company's communication standards Coordinate media relations activities and manage media inquiries in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders Ensure the timely publication of official race updates, including withdrawals, schedule changes, cancellations, steward decisions, and other operational announcements Coordinate the publication and archiving of race-related multimedia content, including photographs, videos, timing data, and official race information Manage the publication of daily race bulletins, early betting odds, training track information, and other operational content Support the planning and execution of corporate events, race-day media operations, and the hosting of local and international guests Monitor the accuracy, consistency, and quality of communication published across digital platforms while ensuring compliance with corporate brand standards Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and other business units to ensure the effective communication of race-related developments Contribute to the continuous improvement of communication processes, digital content management, and stakeholder engagement practices Why Join United Racing?
