Interim Finance & Accounting Executive (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for an Interim Finance & Accounting Executive (6-Month Contract) f or our leading multinational client in the manufacturing industry. Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience in financial accounting, year-end closing and audit preparation within an international group environment, Strong technical knowledge of IFRS with the ability to assess complex accounting matters and prepare appropriate adjustments, Proven practical experience with IAS 29 hyperinflation accounting, including the restatement of fixed assets, equity and P&L, Advanced SAP experience, including the ability to analyze accounting entries, investigate discrepancies and support corrective journal entries, Solid understanding of international group reporting, reporting packages and reconciliations between local accounting records and group reporting requirements, Experience in managing audit preparation, supporting external auditors and ensuring timely resolution of audit requests, Strong knowledge of account reconciliations, fixed assets, GR/IR balances, VAT-related accounts and other year-end closing activities, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines, Advanced level of English, Availability at short notice and flexibility to provide on-site and/or remote support during the critical closing and audit period. Job Description Providing hands-on support for year-end closing, financial reporting and audit-related activities within an international group environment, Taking ownership of critical accounting processes and ensuring timely and accurate completion of year-end closing activities, Ensuring compliance with IFRS and group reporting requirements, Preparing and reviewing accounting adjustments related to complex accounting matters, including IAS 29 hyperinflation accounting, Analyzing accounting entries in SAP, investigating discrepancies and supporting corrective journal entries, Coordinating closely with Group Finance and external auditors throughout the closing and audit process, Supporting the preparation of audit documentation and ensuring timely responses to audit requests, Reviewing key balance sheet accounts, including fixed assets, GR/IR balances and VAT-related accounts.
