About the Role As the business scales and the Turkish crypto regulatory landscape matures, robust risk management is no longer optional — it is foundational. We are looking for an experienced Head of Risk Management to own the risk function end-to-end, ensuring the platform remains secure, compliant, and operationally sound as it grows. This is a senior leadership and oversight role for someone who thrives on complexity, moves with precision, and understands the nuances of operating in a regulated virtual asset environment.
