# Technical Services Manager

Randstad Türkiye

We are looking for a Technical Services Manager for our global business partner operating in the medical sector. Job Description
• Manage Technical Services operations effectively and efficiently,
• Lead technical teams and team leaders,
• Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction,
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives,
• Collaborate with global teams and adapt international procedures and best practices to local operations,
• Monitor operational KPIs and take necessary actions,
• Develop workflows and procedures to improve service operations,
• Lead team development, performance management and employee engagement,
• Manage technical requests from customers and business partners. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering,
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in technical service, technical operations, & repair or similar fields
• Proven experience in team and team leader management,
• Good command of English with active daily use,
• Experience in process improvement and project management,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required. Experience in medical devices, biomedical, electronics, electromechanical systems, technical service or similar technical operations will be considered an advantage.
